1) The required conditions for the assembly and quality of the goods are in accordance with the drawings, please note that the purchase volume is in accordance with the required in the template;
2) Requirements for delivery times according to the schedule (attached).
3) Requirements for the provision of documents - certificate of conformity, quality certificate;
4) Requirements for the form of the contract - according to the form of the buyer;
5) The formation of the price of goods is indicated in Russian rubles per piece, excluding VAT, and remains relevant with a slight change in the purchase volume
6) The TCH is valid for at least 30 days;
7) Warranty obligations - at least 12 months.
