Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension

Dear Bidders!

Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
1. Payment terms: 100% post-payment, within 60 calendar days from the date of signing by both Parties of the Act of delivery and acceptance of the Services rendered at each stage and the provision of the invoice by the Contractor.
2. The possibility of changing the volume of + /-30% within the amount of the contract.
3. The contractor confirms the fixing of tariffs until 05/31/2024 from the date of conclusion of the contract.
4. Conclusion of an agreement on the standard form of Dixy Yug JSC.
5. Delivery time: Within 14 calendar days from the date of bid submission by the customer, indicating the quantity and delivery address.
6. Delivery to the RC must be included in the price.
7. Minimum order amount.

*Container volume - the desired container volume in which oils and technical liquids will be supplied is indicated.
** The need for units of measurement "liter" is indicated in liters, not in the number of barrels, cans.

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated Bidders from the competition.
