Comments: 1. A sample of the planned needs for 2024 according to the Requirements Specification. The Call for Bidding is not a one-time purchase. Delivery in parts, according to the bids of the Buyer.
2. Requirements for the manufacturer or willingness to consider equivalents are specified in the Requirements Specification. IN ANY CASE, IT IS MANDATORY to attach the MANUFACTURER'S QUALITY CERTIFICATE.
3. The Supplier provides a certificate of conformity and/or a declaration of conformity for the Goods if, in accordance with current legislation, the Goods are subject to certification and/or declaration. The Supplier also provides documents confirming the conformity of the Goods with the mandatory requirements provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation (depending on which requirements are applicable to the delivered Goods): veterinary, sanitary and epidemiological requirements and hygienic standards, industrial safety requirements, fire safety requirements and other mandatory requirements provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The product must also be accompanied by a quality certificate or a quality certificate of the manufacturer.
4. Important criteria when choosing a winner are:
- price;
- price fixing for the 1st quarter of 2024;
- delivery time to the Buyer's addresses (Noyabrsk, Ust-Kut, Lensk) no more than 3 working days from the date of receipt of the Buyer's bid.
- it is preferable to defer payment upon delivery of each batch for at least 30 (thirty) calendar days.
- the supplier's and manufacturer's warranty for the Product must be at least 12 months, warranty obligations apply to all products and all its constituent parts.
5. The goods must be packed in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements for the appropriate packaging for the delivered Goods or in accordance with GOST or TU and in the necessary manner for the appropriate mode of transport. This package should ensure the safety of the Goods, their protection during normal handling, transportation, several overloads and storage. PACKING -BARRELS.
6. This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
