Payment terms:Оплата поставленной продукции осуществляется через 30 (тридцать) календарных дней после поставки продукции выставления счета-фактуры за поставленную продукцию и прохождения входного контроля.
Delivery terms:Поставка продукции производится до склада Заказчика (462803, Оренбургская область, Новоорский район, п. Энергетик Ириклинская ГРЭС — филиал ОАО «ОГК-1»).

Comments:
1. Цены должны быть фиксированными на протяжении всего срока действия договора.
2. В стоимость продукции должны быть включены расходы на уплату всех налогов, таможенных пошлин, транспортных расходов, налогов и другие возможные платежи, а также все скидки, предлагаемые поставщиком.
3. Продукция должна быть новой, ранее не использованной, изготовленной не ранее 2010 года.
4. Изделия требуемой номенклатуры должны быть серийными и выпускаться на протяжении не менее 3-х последних лет, что должно быть подтверждено в коммерческом предложении (наличие гарантийного письма на поставку от завода-изготовителя).
