Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

For the procedure, you must:
1. Get familiar with the type of product purchased.
2. Generate the cost of the product, taking into account manufacturing, delivery to the facility, rigging (with a working freight elevator), assembly of the product, cleaning of packaging and garbage
3. To formulate the term for the processes specified in paragraph 2.
When determining the winner, the Customer is guided by both pricing and other factors - production time, company popularity, market share, security service assessment, financial risk assessment. After determining the winner, an agreement is concluded within 2 business days, followed by advance payment.
