1. The Bidding procedure is carried out in one stage, in which rebidding is not planned and will not be carried out, therefore we ask Bidders to make a bid with the maximum possible discounts or to go down in price, focusing on the price rank and place a bet on price reduction.
2. Offers are accepted for all types of copper according to GOST, the priority is a supplier capable of closing the entire specified volume.
3. The delivery time of the entire volume is no later than 30.03.2024.
4. Certificate of conformity, quality certificate, safety data sheet, dealer certificates - required.
5. This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
