Delivery terms:
The supplier delivers the goods at its own expense and its own forces to the Buyer's warehouse. Mandatory possession of a quality passport or other document that certifies the quality of the goods upon entry to the warehouse. The goods delivered must be new, not restored. Upon shipment, Buyer's mandatory notification, providing copies: invoices, BIG-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier. Mandatory manufacturer/dealer status.
