Данная процедура запроса цен также не является публичным конкурсом и не регулируется статьями 1057-1061 части второй Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации. Таким образом, данная процедура запроса цен не накладывает на Заказчика соответствующего объема гражданско-правовых обязательств.
Заказчик также вправе отказаться от проведения запроса цен на любом из этапов, не неся при этом никакой материальной ответственности перед Участниками.
