Comments:
I. The proposals of only those Bidders who have been accredited for Metalloinvest Group of Companies are accepted for consideration (link for accreditation https://www.b2b-center.ru/personal/accreditation/?action=apply&id=178&date_last_edit=0 ).
An additional requirement from the Bidders is to fill out an accreditation questionnaire depending on the size of the supplier's company:
- Accreditation for the sustainable development of Small and Medium-sized businesses of METALLOINVEST Group of Companies - (No. 739, to be completed by suppliers included in the unified Register of small and medium-sized businesses)
or
- Accreditation for sustainable development of large enterprises of METALLOINVEST Group of Companies - (No. 800, to be completed by other suppliers)

Terms of delivery:
1) The required conditions for the complete set and quality of the goods- in accordance with the drawings, please note that the Call for Bidding volume is according to what is required in the template;
2) Delivery time requirements - according to the schedule (see attachment).early delivery is only in agreement with the customer, delivery in 2022 is not provided.
3) Requirements for the provision of documents- certificate of conformity, quality passport;
4) Requirements for the form of the contract- in the form of the buyer;
5) The formation of the price of the goods is indicated in rubles of the Russian Federation per piece without VAT, and retains its relevance with a slight change in the volume of Call for Bidding
6) The validity period of the Technical and Commercial Proposal is at least 45
days;
7) Warranty obligations - at least 12 months.
8) if there is no valid agreement between our organizations, please read the standard version and give your opinion.
9.) The basis for delivery is a signed contract.
