2) The required conditions for the complete set and quality of the goods - in accordance with the drawings; Hardware (bolts, nuts, washers) must be included in the delivery package.

4) Requirements for the provision of documents- TTN , invoices, passports for products, certificates of conformity. Also, at the request of the Customer, the Contractor provides the developed technical documentation of the KMD stage, test certificates, verification certificates and documentation confirming that the materials and products comply with regulatory documents (GOST, technical specifications, etc.). A document on the quality of steel building structures must be provided, with a quality document attached to the materials used.
5) Requirements for the form of the contract- in the form of the buyer;
6) The formation of the price of the goods is indicated in Russian rubles per KG of metal structures without VAT, taking into account
the cost of delivery to the site and the requirements specified in the drawings*
7) Proposals excluding transportation costs are not accepted for consideration.
8) The validity period of the Technical and Commercial Proposal is at least 30 days;
9) Warranty obligations - at least 12 months.
10) Transportation costs for the supply of MK must be included in the price per 1 KG;

Due to the large volume of supply, qualification criteria for potential suppliers have been introduced. The "Qualification" file in the attachment must be completed.

The purpose of the competition is to receive proposals with the lowest possible final cost. The decision on the choice of the winner is made based on the results of a comparison of the essential terms of commercial offers, taking into account the technical conclusion of the Customer, warranty developments and possible recommendations of the Security Department regarding the Bidders. In addition, an essential condition affecting the choice of supplier is the OTIF indicator (the target is 90%).
These conditions of this competition are essential and may have a decisive influence on the choice of the winner.
