The purpose of the competition is to receive final proposals with the lowest possible final cost. The decision on the choice of the winner is made based on the results of a comparison of the essential terms of commercial offers, taking into account the technical conclusion of the Customer, warranty developments and possible recommendations of the Security Department regarding the Bidders. 4. Готовность к техническому аудиту до контрактации.
5. Общее количество персонала – более 100 человек.
6. Количество производственных рабочих (для производителей) – более 70 человек.
7. Производственная мощность предприятия – до 1000 тн./мес.
8. Оснащение производства:
- автоматизированные линия с ЧПУ сверления и резки заготовок – не менее 2;
- установка газоплазменного раскроя листового металла с ЧПУ – не менее 2;

Целью конкурса является получение окончательных предложений с минимально возможной окончательной стоимостью. Решение о выборе победителя принимается по результатам сравнения существенных условий коммерческих предложений с учетом технического заключения Заказчика, гарантийных сроков и возможных рекомендаций Департамента безопасности в отношении участников. Кроме того, существенным условием, влияющим на выбор поставщика, является показатель OTIF (целевой показатель - 90%).
