Payment terms:Оплата стоимости партии продукции производится в течение 60 дней после получения Покупателем счет-фактур, оформленных в соответствии с НК РФ. Тип оплаты: Безналичный - Платежное поручение.
Delivery terms:Поставка осуществляется автомобильным транспортом Поставщика. Расходы по доставке включены в стоимость партии продукции. Срок поставки: 5 (пять) дней с момента подписания спецификации.

Данная процедура не является конкурсом или публичной офертой и не регулируется ст. 447-449 и 1057-1061 ГК РФ. Покупатель вправе отказаться от всех поступивших предложений без наложения ответственности. Поставляемая продукция должна быть новой (ранее не используемой), 2012 года выпуска.
Договор на поставку оборудования заключается только на типовой форме ООО "Мечел-Материалы"
без протоколов разногласий.
На весь объем поставки предусмотрен толеранс в размере 5%.
