Payment terms:Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt of the Goods by the Consignee
Delivery terms:Mandatory requirements for contest participants:
1) prices should be specified on DDP terms (delivery to the consignee's warehouse is included in the price);
2) the product must be of the original factory design, with certificates of quality and origin of the manufacturer. It is necessary to specify the manufacturer for each item of goods and materials.
3) you need to attach:
- official commercial offer indicating the contacts of the responsible manager, as well as a full description and characteristics of the proposed goods and materials. Proposals without an official KP will not be considered. The offer is valid for at least 30 calendar days;
- dealer certificate
- reference list
- financial statements for the last period
- business card with bank details
4) the supplier must be able to exchange documents through the " Contour.Diadoc";
5) requirements for the form of the contract-according to the form of the buyer.
6) the packaging must ensure the safety of the cargo from atmospheric corrosion and mechanical damage, each place must be affixed with a marking label in the form of the Buyer;

This request for proposals is not a tender or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions up to the moment of signing the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer that exceed those listed in the terms of the competition.
