4. Availability in the staff of the potential supplier of qualified managers and employees with education and experience in the profile of ongoing procurement;
5. Absence of uncompleted / executed with significant delay of obligations to customers (more than 30 days);
6. The official consent / disagreement confirmed by the supplier on the conclusion of contracts for the supply of goods (works, services) within the framework of 275-FZ.
7. Lack of connections and / or contacts of the potential supplier, its founders, shareholders with criminal structures;
