Delivery terms:delivery to the buyer's warehouse at the expense of the supplier. Delivery time: Within 10-45 calendar days from the moment of double-sided signing of the contract/specification.

Comments:
-the procedure of request for proposals is not a contest (form of bidding), provided by article 447-449 of the Russian Civil Code.
The customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason and not to enter into a contract or terminate the procedure of request for commercial offers at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.
- Replacement of the declared products with the similar, should not lead to deterioration of technical and operational characteristics of the offered production.
- The offered products should be certified and must be supplied with all necessary documentation.
- Delivery basis-Consignee's warehouse.
- Transfer of ownership-warehouse of consignee.
- Transportation costs are specified for the whole volume of the offered products separately and are not included in the cost of production.
- Bidders who did not apply to the documents the commercial offer on the letterhead of the enterprise, are not accepted for consideration
