Delivery terms:Delivery to the buyer's warehouse, at the expense of the supplier. Delivery time: within 10-45 days from the date of signing of the bilateral Agreement / specification.
- Transportation costs are specified in the whole volume of the products offered separately and are not included in the cost of production.

- The ongoing request for proposals is not a competition (auction form) provided st.447-449 Civil Code.
The customer has the right to reject all offers received for any reason and do not enter into a contract or terminate commercial request for proposals at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to suppliers.
- Tenderers are not applied in the Offer documents on letterhead of the enterprise, will not be accepted
- Substitution products claimed by the same, does not lead to deterioration of the technical and operating characteristics of the products.
