Delivery terms:Delivery to the buyer's warehouse, at the expense of the supplier. Delivery time: within 10-45 calendar days from the moment of bilateral signing of the Agreement / specification.
- Transportation costs are indicated for the entire volume of products offered separately and are not included in the cost of production.

Comments:
- The current request for proposals procedure is not a tender (bidding form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The customer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason and not to conclude an agreement or terminate the request for commercial proposals at any time without incurring any responsibility to suppliers.

- Replacing the claimed products with a similar one should not lead to a deterioration in the technical and operational characteristics of the proposed products.
- Offered products must be certified and must be delivered with all necessary documentation.

- Transportation costs are indicated for the entire volume of products offered separately and are not included in the cost of production.
