The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Commodity credit is preferred. The price should include all expenses, including transportation, as well as the launch of the devices by an authorized service engineer.

Comments:
The commercial offer must necessarily include information about the warranty provided, delivery dates and payment terms.
As purchase options, options from all manufacturers with characteristics no worse than those of the Ricoh MP 2555SP will be considered.

The launch of the devices is scheduled for January 2023.
