The Buyer shall pay for the supplied products by money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account as follows:
100%-within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the moment of delivery of the goods to the buyer's warehouse. In case of advance payment, the supplier must submit an irrevocable bank guarantee for the amount not less than the amount of prepayment from the Bank of 50 top positions in the official ratings of the largest Russian banks, or international banks with a rating not below BB +/vaа2.

The supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and on his own to the buyer's warehouse.
