Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The customer makes payment under this Agreement in two stages: Stage I: Within 5 (Five) business days from the date of signing this Agreement, on the basis of the invoice received from the Supplier, it makes a payment of 30% (Thirty) percent of the total amount of this Agreement. Stage II: After 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of transfer of the goods to the Customer and accompanying documents: invoice, waybill (unified form No. TORG-12) or universal transfer document (UPD), an account drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, on the basis of an invoice received from the Supplier, the Customer makes a final payment of 70% ( Seventy) percent of the total amount of this Agreement. The date of delivery (transfer) of the Goods to the Customer shall be the date of signing by the Parties of the Consignment Note or universal transfer document (UPD)

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
