Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments:
The contract will be concluded with JSC "Agrofirma "Doronichi" exclusively in the form of the contract of the customer.

2) working instructions on concentration and use;
3) Certificate of registration.

The commercial offer must be signed by an authorized person, contain information about the expiration of the price.

This RFP procedure does not constitute an auction or request for tenders, and is not subject to the Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not imply the Customer's legal obligations to choose the supplier.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Обоснование: В соответствии с решением тендерного комитета закупить:

1) Моющее ср-во № 1 в полном объеме закупить у текущего поставщика – компании ООО «ИНТЕЛКЛИН»;

2) Моющее ср-во № 2 в кол-ве по 100 кг закупить у ООО «ВЯТИЖСИНТЕЗ» и ООО «ИНТЕЛКЛИН» для проведения тестовых испытаний на предмет дальнейшего использования. Остальной месячный объем в кол-ве 660 кг взять у текущего поставщика – ООО «НПФ «ПЕРЕСВЕТ». По итогам проведения испытаний аналогов моющего средства принять итоговое решение по закупке оставшегося объема;

3) Моющее ср-во № 3, 4 закупить у текущего поставщика ООО «ИНТЕЛКЛИН»;

4) Моющее ср-во № 5, 6 объединить в один лот и закупить у ООО «ИНТЕЛКЛИН».
