Bidders can submit a bid for separate items within the call for bids

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:It is desirable to delay payment of at least 30 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the goods in the buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:By the force of the supplier. Delivery in canisters, single batch - once a month.

Comments:
The contract will be concluded with LLC APH "Doronichi" solely on the form of the customer's contract.

A specification with fixing prices and conditions of delivery for the whole period of purchase will be drawn up and signed to the contract.

Please, in addition to the commercial offer, attach:

1) certificates for the offered cleaning service;
2) working instructions on concentration and use; $
3) certificate of registration.

The commercial offer must be signed by the authorized person, contain information about the expiration of the price.

This RFP procedure does not constitute an auction or request for tenders, and is not subject to the Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not imply the Customer's legal obligations to choose the supplier.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
