Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:It is desirable to defer payment for at least 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods in the buyer's warehouse.

Comments:
The contract will be concluded with LLC APH "Doronichi" exclusively in the form of the customer's contract.

To the contract, you will need to draw up and sign a Specification with fixed prices and terms of delivery for the entire purchase period.

Please attach in addition to the commercial offer (without the documents listed below, the offers will not be considered):

1) certificates for the offered detergents of the sr-va;
2) working instructions for concentration and use;
3) certificate of registration.

The commercial offer must be signed by an authorized person and contain information about the expiration of the price.

This trading procedure is not an auction or tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
