Attention! Mandatory conditions for participants:
1. The CA's consent to sign the standard form of the contract with appendices without a protocol of disagreement (in the attachment). In the absence of a valid contract of JSC "Thunder"
2. Fixing the price until 31.03.2024 (inclusive). The Supplier is obliged to accept orders sent by the Buyer on 03/31/2023 (inclusive), and deliver Equipment conforming to the terms of the Contract, within the time specified in the Specification.
3. Payment terms - Payments for each batch of Equipment are made with a delay of 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the bill of lading or UPD.
4. Fixing the cost of equipment when dividing volumes between the participants of the procedure.
5. The buyer has the right to unilaterally change the amount of equipment within 30% (both in the direction of increase and decrease). At the same time, the remaining terms of delivery, including the terms of price and deferred payment, remain unchanged.

The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
