2. Place, conditions and terms (periods) of delivery of goods, performance of work, provision of services:
Delivery by road.
The products are delivered in batches, the volume of the batch is agreed with the Customer. Consignee's address: 52°48'38.528" N; 103°29'16.593" E, Usolsky district, Irkutsk region, Russia.

The delivery period of the MTR is until 30.04.2022.

3. Information about the initial (maximum) price of the contract (lot price):
The initial (maximum) price of the lot is rubles, including VAT and transportation costs for the delivery of MTR.
- Advance payment in the amount of 50% of the cost of the batch;
- The remaining 50% within 14 calendar days from the date of the actual delivery of the batch of products to the warehouse of the consignee after providing the originals (Invoice, TORG-12, TTN, UPD)

4. The procedure for forming the contract price (lot price) (with or without taking into account the costs of transportation, insurance, payment of customs duties, taxes and other mandatory payments): taking into account the transport costs for the delivery of MTR.

5. The requirements established by the customer for the quality, technical characteristics of the goods, work, services, their safety, functional characteristics (consumer properties) of the goods, the size, packaging, shipment of the goods, the results of work and other requirements related to determining the conformity of the supplied goods, work performed, services provided to the needs of the customer;
The supplied materials must comply with the specified GOST.

6. Requirements for procurement participants:
Absence of unscrupulous suppliers in the register. Absence of arrears in taxes and fees for the reporting period. Absence of liquidation, bankruptcy, suspension of activity.

7. The list of necessary licenses, certificates, permits for the right to work:
Quality certificates, certificates for the supplied MTR.

8. Special conditions for the delivery of goods, performance of works, provision of services:
The supplied materials must comply with the specified GOST.

9. Materials, documentation submitted by the Customer:

The supplier submits, no later than the 5th day of the month following the reporting one:
- an invoice for the payment of the delivered MTR,
- invoice for delivered MTR,
- consignment note TORG-12 for the delivered MTR.
