- The remaining 50% within 10 calendar days from the date of the actual delivery of the batch of products to the warehouse of the consignee after providing the originals (S/ F, TORG12, TTn, UPD)
- The batch is considered (the number of sets) in agreement with the customers.
6. The procedure for forming the contract price (lot price) (including or excluding transportation costs, insurance, payment of customs duties, taxes and other mandatory payments): Taking into account transportation costs for the delivery of MTR.
7. The requirements established by the customer for the quality, technical characteristics of the goods, work, services, their safety, functional characteristics (consumer properties) of the goods, the size, packaging, shipment of the goods, the results of work and other requirements related to determining the conformity of the supplied goods, work performed, services provided to the needs of the customer;

The manufacturer must inform about the readiness of the products no later than 10 days before sending them to the facility.
