2. Place, conditions and terms (periods) of delivery of goods, performance of work, provision of services:

The products are delivered in batches, the batch volume is agreed with the Customer. Consignee address: Russia, Irkutsk region, Usolsky rn., pos. Belorechensky, 52°48'38.528" N; 103°29'16.593" E.
The delivery period of MTP is from 15.02.2022 to 28.02.2022.
3. Information on the initial (maximum) contract price (lot price):
The initial (maximum) price of the lot is rubles, including VAT and transportation costs for the delivery of materials and equipment.

4. The procedure for forming the contract price (lot price) (with or without taking into account the costs of transportation, insurance, payment of customs duties, taxes and other obligatory payments): taking into account transportation costs for the delivery of MTP.

The requirements established by the customer for the quality, technical characteristics of goods, work, services, their safety, functional characteristics (consumer properties) of the goods, dimensions, packaging, shipment of goods, the results of work and other requirements related to determining the compliance of the delivered goods, the work performed, the service provided to the needs of the customer;
The materials supplied must comply with the specified GOST.
6. Requirements for procurement participants:
Absence of unfair suppliers in the register. Absence of tax and duty arrears for the reporting period. Absence of liquidation, bankruptcy, suspension of activities.
7. The list of required licenses, certificates, permits for the right to work:
Quality passports, certificates for materials and equipment supplied.
8. Special conditions for the supply of goods, works, services:
The materials supplied must comply with the specified GOST.

The supplier submits, no later than the 5th day of the month following the reporting month:
- invoice for the paid MTP,
- invoice for the supplied MTP,
- TORG-12 consignment note for the supplied MTP.
