Dear Partners, Thank you for your participation in the B2B-Center ETP.

All correspondence related to this request must be prepared in strict accordance with the attached request and procurement documentation:
Required:
- The commercial proposal should be sent in excel format (according to the Form of LLC "Udokan Copper", the format attached to the tender)
- Attach your TKP (technical and commercial offer, technical documentation must be attached) on the company's letterhead, signed by an authorized representative and stamped

- Indicate your consent (disagreement) to work with the standard (framework) agreement of Udokan Copper LLC, the format is attached.

Udokan Copper LLC reserves the right not to consider proposals submitted without providing the forms specified in the procurement documentation
Conditions:
1. Payment terms required - Priority given to supplier offering lowest price and 100% deferred payment (approved corporate payment terms: Postpay within 30 business days of payment receipt of goods at the Buyer's warehouse and signing Torg-12/UPD;
2. Offer currency requirements - the price must be in the offer currency excluding VAT;
3. Required delivery times are the minimum possible guaranteed delivery times from the date of conclusion of the specification;
4. The validity period of the TCH is at least 60 days.
5. Requirements for the provision of documents are mandatory availability of a dealer certificate confirming the status of the company or the manufacturer's certificate. Warranty obligations, certificates of conformity, quality passports for products
6. Requirements for terms of delivery - Delivery to the buyer's warehouse at (specified in the request for proposals notice) at the seller's expense. (DDP according to Incoterms 2010).
7. Requirements for submitting an offer - in addition to filling out the template for submitting a commercial proposal on the ETP. Necessary: Attach your detailed technical and commercial proposal.
8. The agreement is concluded according to the Buyer
9. Possibility to submit proposals for a part of items: Provided.
