Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:The buyer pays the equipment supplied and installed at the price specified in the Specification by transferring to the Supplier’s account within 35 business days from the date of signing the Work Acceptance Act on the basis of the following documents:
- invoice TORG-12, signed by the Parties, or DFC for the whole batch of Equipment;
- signed by the parties of the Act of acceptance of work, or the DFC for the work performed;
- invoices issued in accordance with the requirements provided by the legislation on taxes and fees;
- certificate of the presence or absence of precious metals in the acquired Equipment;
- Supplier’s invoice for payment.
Delivery terms:Supply of goods within 10 calendar days from the date of signing the contract;
Installation (installation) of the equipment no later than 5 (five) working days from the date of delivery of the equipment.
In accordance with Annexes No. 3 and No. 4 to the procurement documentation.

This invitation is not an offer and under no circumstances can be qualified as an invitation to participate in the auction, the order of which is regulated by Art. Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code. The Bank reserves the right to refuse to enter into an agreement at any time. To participate in the purchase, it is imperative to provide samples of goods offered for delivery.
