Payment terms:
Deferred payment 30 days from the date of delivery to the buyer's warehouse
Delivery terms:
All possible costs of the Supplier must be included in the price: the cost of the goods, packaging, labeling, delivery, loading and unloading.

Comments: 1) The offered products must be new, not used, not restored.
2) Certificates of conformity, passports and other documents confirming the quality must be attached.
3) Criteria for choosing the best offer: delivery time, cost, payment terms, experience working with a supplier.
4) The validity period of the Technical and Commercial Proposal is at least 30 days.
5) The required conditions for the complete set and quality of the goods- in accordance with the drawings.
6) Warranty obligations - at least 12 months.
7) The basis for delivery is a signed contract.
If the Goods or individual components are not manufactured in the Russian Federation, the Goods must undergo all customs and other procedures provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation before delivery.
The Customer has the right to submit claims on the quality of the received Goods to the Supplier during the entire warranty period.
Attach to the bid:
• a set of constituent and financial documents for the company (TIN, OGRN, Charter in the latest edition, financial statements for the past period).
• Commercial Proposal in accordance with the terms of the Requirements Specification with the signature of the Head of the Organization, the seal of the Organization.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
