The Participant has the right to prepare and submit an alternative Offer (if such a possibility is indicated in the Notification published in the System), which may relate to both commercial and technical aspects of the offered products (in accordance with clause 4.1.2. Purchasing documentation).
Offers in the System must be submitted from the time the procurement information is posted until the deadlines specified in the Notice of the request for quotations expire (in accordance with clause 6.1.2. Purchasing documentation).
