1. The contest is held in 2 stages.
2. The purpose of the preliminary stage of the tender is to obtain technical proposals for approval with the customer and obtain a technical opinion.
3. The purpose of the main stage of the competition is to receive final offers with the lowest possible final cost. The decision to choose the winner is made based on the results of comparing the terms of commercial offers, taking into account the customer's technical opinion and possible recommendations of the Security Department regarding participants, as well as the supplier's OTIF.
The winner is obliged to supply the equipment (in accordance with the agreed technical offer) on the terms provided during this tender. This information will be reflected in the supply agreement with the winner.
