Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

1. The purpose of the competition is to receive final bids with the lowest possible final price. The decision to choose the winner is made based on the results of comparing the essential conditions of commercial offers, taking into account the customer's technical opinion and possible recommendations of the Security with respect to participants, as well as the supplier's OTIF.
The winner is obliged to supply the equipment (in accordance with the agreed technical offer) on the terms provided during this tender.
