Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

1. The purpose of the competition is to receive final offers with the lowest possible final cost. The decision to choose the winner is made based on the results of comparison of essential conditions of commercial offers, taking into account the technical conclusion of the customer and possible recommendations of the Department with respect to the participants.
The winner is obliged to deliver equipment (in accordance with the agreed technical proposal) on the terms provided during this competition.
