Obligatory loading of a commercial proposal by a participating organization.
The winning organization that does not have a valid contract with Izhstal PJSC will have to provide the documents necessary for concluding the contract within three days:
1. A copy of the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Entrepreneurship to a counterparty issued by the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation no earlier than 30 calendar days before the date of submission. (Submission of the document in electronic form is possible).
2. Copy of the decision on the appointment of the head of the counterparty (minutes of the meeting of participants (shareholders), decision of the sole founder).
3. Copy of the Charter with the mark of the FSN
4. Counterparty Questionnaire
5. Copies of powers of attorney for persons entitled to sign documents on behalf of the counterparty.
6. Copy of the certificate of state registration of the counterparty (PSRN, PSRNIP).
7. Copy of registration certificate (TIN).
8. A copy of the VAT declaration (1, 2 sheets) or a copy of the statement with the mark of the Federal Tax Service on the transition of the STS or UTII.
9. Certificate of the absence of tax arrears.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Venue of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on E-marketplace of B2B-Center Group (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' proposals shall be submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with the digital signature.
If the Participant does not have the technical ability to submit proposals through the functional of the electronic trading platform, the Procedure Organizer is entitled to accept the offer from such participant to the email address IZH-B2B@izhstal.ru, independently uploading this proposal to the platform using the System’s functionality, subject to the following conditions:
¬- The participant must be registered in the System;
-¬ the proposal must be sent to the email address no later than 4 business hours before the deadline for accepting the proposals specified in the Notification, with a mandatory notification of the responsible person by phone.
The documents should contain an official letter of appeal to the Procurement Organizer asking them to post an electronic version of their proposal and rejecting any claims related to the fact that the Offer in the System will not be placed by the Participant himself.
