1. The purpose of the competition is to receive final proposals with the lowest possible final cost. The decision on the selection of the winner is made based on the results of a comparison of the essential terms of commercial offers, taking into account the technical conclusion of the customer and possible recommendations of the Security Department regarding the Bidders, as well as the supplier's OTIF indicator. If suppliers provide a delay in payment of less than 60 calendar days, the proposals of these companies will be considered in extreme cases (in the absence of alternative proposals).
The winner is obliged to supply the equipment (in accordance with the agreed technical proposal) on the terms provided during this tender.
