The counterparty, simultaneously with the commercial offer, attaches a signed scanned copy of the standard contract (all pages in a single pdf file). Commercial offers without a signed contract are considered not submitted.
All costs are included in the cost of the Commercial Proposal

Consent of the Bidders to sign the standard form of the contract of JSC Tander (in the attachment) and to work through EDI/EDO
JSC "TANDER" expects the Counterparties to retain the validity of their offer after the procedure is approved by the winner, as well as the timely signing of the contract / specification / supplementary agreement / order

The winning counterparty is obliged to provide the original contract signed by him for signing to the Customer within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of a written notification from JSC Tander about the decision to conclude an agreement with this Company. In case of non-signing within the specified period or refusal to sign, the Counterparty may be disqualified and entered into the Register of Unscrupulous Counterparties of JSC Tander
It is possible to provide Commercial Proposals for an amount less than on request

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.

Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
