Provision of a sample from the participants in the trading procedure at the request of the organizer of the trading procedure.
The commercial offer must be signed and stamped! A form to fill out of your choice. The use of your company's letterhead is not prohibited by the terms of the tender!
Delivery of goods takes place according to the agreed delivery schedule. The commercial proposal must comply with the terms of reference and contain the following information:
1. Supplier status - manufacturer or official distributor, license and licensed warehouse.
2. Delivery time (working or calendar days, according to the schedule).
3. Warranty period / shelf life.
4. Cost with VAT per lot unit (must be indicated in Russian rubles).
5. Payment terms (payment deferral of at least 90 (ninety) days from the date of delivery);
6. Experience of work with GK Rusagro, on the market - years
7. Willingness to work under a standard contract - yes / no
8. The proposal must be signed by an authorized person.
