Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
The customer pays for the goods using one of the following methods:
1. Advance payment in the amount of 30% of the price of the delivered goods is made within 5 (Five) business days from the date the invoice is submitted by the supplier. The Customer pays for the remaining 70% within 5 (Five) business days from the date of delivery of the goods;
2. The Customer shall pay for the goods within 5 (Five) business days from the date of delivery of the goods;
3. Payment of the goods by 100% prepayment within 5 (five) business days from the date of submission of the invoice by the supplier.
The obligation to pay for the goods is considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are debited from the Customer's current account.
Delivery terms:
Within 14 (Fourteen) calendar days from the date of prepayment by the Customer for the delivered goods. By means of pickup of goods from the supplier's warehouse located no further than 100 (one hundred) kilometers from the Customer's location.
Comments: Please attach the following documents to the Bid:
detailed Commercial Offer;
• organization card, copies of Registration Certificate, Financial Statements for the last financial year (F1 and F2) (on request), certificates, licenses (if necessary) for the right to carry out activities;
• The Bidder may additionally provide documents testifying to the qualifications, experience, business, financial, technical, personnel capabilities of the Bidder, positive business reputation.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
