Payment terms:Post-payment no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the consignment note or the Universal Transfer Document (UPD).
Delivery terms:Delivery in one batch to each city (region).
Delivery is carried out by and at the expense of the supplier to the place of the customer's requirement and is included in the price of the goods. Delivery time: from 21.11.2022 to 16.12.2022.

It is necessary to upload the constituent documents in scanned copies to check our SB:
• The Charter in the latest edition with all amendments and additions;
• Certificate of state registration of a legal entity;
• Documents confirming the authority of the person to sign the contract: (protocol (decision) of the authorized management body of the counterparty on the appointment of the executive body; order on the appointment of the sole executive body; copy of the power of attorney (if the contract on the part of the counterparty is not signed by the sole executive body);
• Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
