Possibility of bid submission in a different currency

Comments:
1. Dear Partners, we invite you to take part in the 1st stage of the tender for the supply of new (not earlier than 2023, except for spare parts for equipment discontinued) spare parts in 2024 for bulldozer equipment CHETRA;
2. During the procedure, Bidders' price offers are assigned a rank (place) by price.
The assignment of the 1st rank (place) to the price offer does not provide the Bidder with a victory, but increases his preference for the Customer when choosing the winner, all other things being equal, other offers received;
3. The quantity of goods specified in the tender is the average quarterly delivery volume formed on the basis of data on deliveries in previous periods with an option up to the amount confirmed by the consumer's bids, including emergency bids. If your company is recognized as the winner of the opportunistic study in part or in the entire volume of the goods participating in the competition, you need to conclude a delivery contract, an annex to the delivery contract fixing the prices of goods until 12/31/2024.
4. Requirements for the provision of accompanying documents for goods - certificate of conformity, quality passport;
5. Consideration of equivalents - equivalents with characteristics no worse than those declared are considered. In the case of an offer of an equivalent, the product name is indicated in accordance with the specification, GOST, TU (providing a drawing with standard sizes is a mandatory requirement);
6. Indication of the manufacturer of the offered products is a mandatory requirement;
7. Warranty obligations - specify the warranty period from the moment of installation (mandatory requirement);
8. Acceptance of products to the warehouse – The buyer performs input control of the shopping center. Payment for products is carried out after the entry control is carried out at the buyer's warehouse. The provision of a certificate confirming the quality and origin of products is mandatory for the supply of goods;

: 1. Offers from companies that have not fulfilled the listed requirements will not be considered.
Companies that refused to conclude a contract for goods and services, for which their proposal in the tender was recognized as the best, may be included in the list of unacceptable suppliers for a period of at least 1 year from the date of the announcement of the impossibility of concluding a contract on the terms proposed in the tender.;

2. This request is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
