Comments:
1. This request for a commercial offer is sent in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer within the framework of the procedure for requesting commercial offers, which (as well as the ongoing tender) It is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, nor is it a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
2. The commercial offer must fully comply with the requirements / criteria set out in the Terms of Reference for delivery.
3. Without providing all the documents specified in the Request (or in case of their unacceptability), the organization will not be allowed to tender.
4. Replacement of equipment is possible only if agreed with the Customer before the end of the application process.
