The proposal must be submitted in accordance with the attached documentation of the Customer.
In the enclosed proposal on the letterhead of your company, please provide the following information:
1. The name of the proposed equipment.
2. Name of the manufacturer, country, city.
3. Supplier status - Manufacturer /of. manufacturer's representative (it is required to attach a document from the manufacturer confirming the status of of. manufacturer's representative).
4. Price without VAT, taking into account the basis of delivery DDP / DAP customer's warehouse.
5. Warranty obligations – the maximum possible period in months.
6. The offer is valid for at least 45 days.
7. Delivery time in calendar days (minimum possible).
8. Payment terms – 100% priority upon delivery within 97 calendar days, taking into account a single payment day. If necessary, use the factoring scheme.
9. Together with the proposal, it is required to attach a reference list of supplies of similar equipment.
The decision on the choice of the winner is made based on the results of a comparison of the essential terms of commercial offers, taking into account the technical conclusion of the Customer, warranty developments and possible recommendations of the Security Department regarding the Bidders. In addition, an essential condition affecting the choice of supplier is the OTIF indicator (the target is 90%).
These conditions of this competition are essential and may have a decisive influence on the choice of the winner. |
