Delivery terms:Delivery once a quarter in accordance with the schedule specified in Appendix No. 3 - Terms of Reference.

• Appendix No. 2 – KA card in electronic Excel format
• Appendix No. 4 – Compliance questionnaire in electronic Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
• Appendix No. 6 – Consent to participation in PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
The organizers of the procedure for collecting proposals reserves the right to conduct a rebidding.
