In parallel with the competition, devices are being tested, so when choosing a winner, all proposals that will be successfully tested will be taken into account (at the time of the decision)
According to the results of the competition, the Customer has the right to choose the winner in terms of lots
Consent of the Bidder to Contractual counterparty to sign the standard form of the agreement (in the attachment) and to work through the EDI (instructions attached).
IMPORTANT: attach to the documentation a scan of the signed agreement from the side of the VIDE bidder.
The winning counterparty is obliged to provide the original contract signed by him for signing to the Customer within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of a written notification from JSC Tander about the decision to conclude an agreement with this Company. In case of non-signing within the specified period or refusal to sign, the Counterparty may be disqualified and entered into the Register of Unscrupulous Counterparties of JSC Tander

The Call for Bidding Bidder can repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from the competition.
