Purchase of equipment, installation of automatic fire alarms and warning systems for people in case of fire at the facilities of OJSC "Caucasus" located at the address: Russian Federation, Krasnodar Territory, ter. OJSC "Caucasus".
Comments: Technical tasks (TK), template of commercial offer (KP) in attached files.
The contractor indicates in the KP a separate line the cost of each position of the TMC and the cost of the works.
The cost of the works should be specified in separate positions: installation works, commissioning works, transport and overhead costs (this position includes the cost of delivery of the TMC), executive documentation.
This RFP procedure does not constitute an auction or request for tenders, and is not subject to the Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not imply the Customer's legal obligations to choose the supplier.
At the conclusion of the contract, provide the following documents.
For Russian legal entities:
- Charter (as amended),
- Certificate of State Registration of a Legal Entity
- Certificate of entry in the EGRUL about a legal entity registered before July 1, 2002.,
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority,
- Power of attorney (if the signatory is not the head of the legal entity)
- Protocol (Decision) on the Election of a Single Executive Body, $
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRUL) (validity period 1 month),
- Balance sheet (Form No. 1) for the last reporting period (if applicable),
- Statement of financial results (Form No. 2) (if applicable),
- Tax declaration on VAT for the last reporting (tax) period*,
- Income tax return for the last reporting (tax) period*,
- License of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
For individual entrepreneurs:
- Passport,
- Certificate of State Registration of an Individual Entrepreneur,
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority,
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs (EGRIP) (validity period 1 month),
- Power of attorney (if the signatory is not an individual entrepreneur),
- Tax declaration on VAT for the last reporting (tax) period* or document confirming the application of the Simplified Taxation System,
- Income tax return for the last reporting (tax) period*
- License of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
* - Instead of tax returns may be provided:
- Certificate of absence of tax debt issued by the tax authority, or
- Letter guaranteeing payment of taxes to the budget, with the signature of the sole executive body and the seal of the counterparty.
Venue of bidding:
