Payment terms:Payment for the products shall be made by cashless money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account. Payment currency - RUB. Preferred payment terms: the buyer makes payments on account of payment for products (production batch) no later than 30 calendar days from the date of product delivery on the basis of acceptance results, subject to the Supplier providing original documents confirming the quality of products (production batch), delivery notes and invoices corresponding to the acceptance results designed in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.

We accept alternative payment terms.

The price shall include the cost of delivery.

Comments:
We note separately that your commercial offer (offer) must necessarily contain the following essential conditions:
• product name with reference to technical documentation
• the quantity of products offered for delivery in the units of measure corresponding to the subject of purchase;
• product price per unit of measurement; delivery basis (place of delivery, mode of transportation, information on expenses included in the price of goods, the moment of transfer of ownership);
• delivery period and delivery times
• terms and conditions of payment for products

In the event that a different order of delivery is supposed, the commercial offer (offer) must necessarily include a corresponding comment.

The validity of the offer (offer) must be at least 30 calendar days from the date of its submission.

Simultaneously with the submission of the proposal must be a technical description.
Supplied products shall be free from any liens and encumbrances, shall be manufactured by the supplier or by dealership or similar contracts.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT - Downloading of the price offer signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization.

The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure must enter into a supply agreement with Bosnakovski coal mine LLC as amended by the customer (Appendix No. 1)

The participant of the Request for Proposals, when submitting the Application, is obliged to express agreement with the terms and conditions of the draft Agreement. The protocol of disagreements to the draft Treaty is allowed.

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Art.447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil liabilities, and reserves the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the Participants.
