The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Advance payment of 30%; 70% upon delivery of the equipment within 30 calendar days.

We are ready to consider a different payment procedure.

*Providing 100% deferred payment will be an advantage.
Delivery terms:Place of delivery: Ust-Kut Lena station of the Far Eastern railway, station code 92710.
*Include delivery in the cost of equipment (required).

Delivery time: until 01.02.2023 (or according to the schedule agreed in advance).
