Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments: This request for price proposals is not a tender or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the Winning Bidder are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the Organizer that exceed those listed in the terms of the Application. The organizer reserves the right to choose the Winning Participant by a collective decision of the competition commission, regardless of the results of the ETP.
