Payment terms:Payments for performed Works/Services are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the account of the Executor within 35 (thirty-five) working days on the basis of the following documents:
− Signed by the Parties of the "Act of performed works/services" during the reporting period (Annexes № 9);
− Invoices of the Executor;
− Billed by the Executor for payment;
− Report on requests for technical support and planned works (Appendix № 11 "Report on Appeals") during the reporting period.
In case of failure of the Executor to submit any of the above mentioned documents and/or availability of incomplete and/or unreliable information, the Customer has the right to refuse payment until the defects are eliminated.
The Customer's Obligation to pay for Works/Services shall be considered executed from the moment of debiting the funds from the correspondent account of the Customer.
Delivery terms:In accordance with the technical specification, the draft agreement with the annexes, the documentation of the purchase.
